Can’t recommend John and his crew enough! After a great experience with his company completing a brand new HVAC installation/replacement at my mother-in-law’s house, we called him to give us a second opinion when our AC at our own home stopped working. We’ve had a big-name company doing our bi-annual service and called them first. They sent a tech who did very little, if any, testing, and who then told us the coil was bad and recommended we replace the unit ($14k-16k)! John came out the very next day and thoroughly checked over the unit, only to find that the capacitor was bad! He replaced it on the spot, and all was running well again. Baez Heating and Air Conditioning is a wonderful company! These guys are great! Our AC went out on Sunday. Monday, John came out and diagnosed the issue. The next day his crew was here replacing our AC unit. Everything was done before the end of the day Tuesday! John and his team didn’t recommend unnecessary repairs or maintenance. I honestly felt like he treated us like family. If you need HVAC needs, this is the company to contact!

Highly recommend!! So I just wanted to say that my AC stopped working last evening and my son was coming home from camp today and I definitely didn’t want him to come home to that. Last night, we experienced an issue with our AC – the fan stopped working and the vents were only blowing hot air.
